Who We are

THERAFFUND.ORG was born from a deep desire to provide extra support for families that often go unnoticed—those facing the challenges of raising children with special needs. For many, receiving a life-altering diagnosis brings daily obstacles that can seem overwhelming. Everyday tasks can quickly turn into monumental challenges. Rob & Crystal, founders of the RAF Fund and parents themselves, know this reality all too well. When their oldest child, Rowan, was diagnosed with Autism, they saw firsthand the importance of creating a safe, functional, and comfortable home for their family.

Their journey led them to found The Rowan Atlee Foundation, an organization focused on providing customized home solutions to families with special needs children across South Florida. The Foundation's mission is clear: to give these families the tools and support they need to thrive in homes adapted to their unique requirements.

 

With Rob's extensive experience in the roofing and the construction industry and Crystal’s talent for design and aesthetics, the Foundation was built on the principles of quality craftsmanship and compassionate service. What started as a desire to help their own family has become a commitment to helping families throughout South Florida, offering them the hope and stability they deserve.
